1. Order Processing & Handling Time
• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Morocco Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We partner with DHL to ensure fast and reliable standard/express delivery across the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are non-refundable and calculated at checkout based on the total shipment weight:
• Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon – Fri)
• Transit Time (DHL): 3 – 7 Business Days (Mon – Fri)
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 10 Business Days
• Standard Shipping Rates (USA):
• $0.00 kg – 0.50 kg: $6.99 USD
• $0.51 kg – 1.00 kg: $9.99 USD
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather events or customs inspections.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• All prices listed on Gearlawn.shop are in USD.
• Orders shipped to the USA under the de minimis threshold ($800) generally do not incur additional import duties. However, Gearlawn is not responsible for any external customs or taxes applied to your order after shipment.
